Changed your mind? No hard feelings. You've got 30 days from delivery. Just email us before sending anything back so we know it's coming. Heads up: you'll cover the return shipping.

Domestic Shipping

We usually get orders out the door in 1–3 business days (weekends and holidays don't count). From there, most U.S. orders arrive in 5–7 days. Simple as that.

Shipping Notes

Once your package leaves us and heads to USPS, it's in their hands. We'll send you tracking, but for lost mail, delayed scans, or a package that's taking the scenic route, your local post office is who to talk to.

International Shipping

Lost or Stolen Packages

Tracking says delivered but you're staring at an empty mailbox? Check with neighbors, your building, or your mail carrier first. Still no luck? Reach out to USPS directly and let us know too. We'll help however we can.

Sizing Details

Every product page has a size chart. Check it before you order. It'll save you a headache. If you still end up with the wrong size, we'll help with an exchange, but that return trip is on you.

Care Instructions

Wash cold, dry low, flip it inside out. Skip the bleach and skip the wild settings. Take care of it and it'll stick around for a long time.
